A travel visa is a document issued by officials of a foreign country that permits you to enter, stay and perform the approved activity as per your purpose of visit in that country. It is your responsibility to determine whether or not a travel visa is required for your upcoming trip.

We assist for Tourist visa, Business visa, Visit visa and e-Visa’s only. We don’t assist for other types of visas.

Visa on Arrival (VoA) means, Depends on your Citizenship and Nationality, certain countries allow you to travel without getting prier visa and you can get visa once you arrive in to that country at their Immigration counters. Fees & No. of days stay permission is also based on your Citizenship and Nationality.

Most countries do require your physical passport to affixed approved visa inside your passport. However, there are a few exceptions. Please see the visa requirements for your specific destination country.

Yes, most Embassies / High Commissions /Consulates requires that your passport must be valid for at least 6-months from the date of return from your trip with at least 2 blank visa pages. Applicants are advised to check their passport validity before submitting their applications.

RAS Visa Services will compile and submit a complete travel visa application and other required documents to the Embassy /High Commission / Consulate on your behalf and after processed collect your visa & passport back from Embassy /High Commission / Consulate and then pass-back to you.

The processing time could take anything depending on the destination country visa policies.

The fees to process a travel visa include a Consular fee, authorized VAC charges, RAS service charge, local taxes and a Value-Added Services fee (only if you request value added services). The consular fee is a fee charged by the Embassy / High commission /Consulate that will be issuing the visa and subject to change without prior notice.

Yes, the application can be submitted at our centers on an applicant’s behalf. For those countries where bio-metrics and interview are required, applicant have to be present in person at Embassy / High Commission / Consulate or its authorized visa application center.

You do not need a visa for your pet. But you have to comply with certain customs and vaccination-related regulations. Consult your airline / travel agent for details of these regulations and the necessary documents required to take your pet.

No – You need to be applied for a visa from your country of origin. If your citizenship is eligible to get Visa on Arrival or visa free for your destination country, they you travel from India. Before travelling make sure that, you are meeting the VoA or visa free requirements to cross the Immigration.

The validity of a given visa represents the dates that the visa is effective.

Example 1: If a visa for China is valid for 90 days, you must enter China before that period of 90 days expire. Maximum stay is the time allocated for stay in the country. Using China as an example, the default maximum stay is 30 days, which means you are only allowed to stay in China for 30 days, even if your visa validity is 90 days.

A Tourist Visa is granted for recreational, sightseeing, casual visit to meet friends and relatives, to attend marriage or any function etc., No other activity is permissible on a Tourist Visa.

No, we advise all medical emergency visa applicants to submit at the respective Embassy / High Commission / Consulate. or authorized visa application centers only.

If you plan to apply for your Schengen visa for Austria, your first destination and the maximum period of stay in the Schengen States must be Austria. Then after you travel to any other Schengen States. Make sure you have to submit all your trip information along with your visa application.

In your absence, along with your receipt and stamped passport copy, an authority letter from you in the name of your relative will be required. We can post the application to you by Special Delivery at an additional nominal cost. However, this request needs to be made at the time of submitting your application and cannot be requested at a later date.

An Australian ETA (Electronic Travel Authority) is the electronic equivalent of an Australian visa which is issued by the Department of Immigration and Citizenship of Australia (DIAC).

To be eligible for an Australian ETA, you must reside outside of Australia and hold a passport from an approved country. Countries approved for an Australian ETA are:

Andorra, Austria, Belgium, Brunei, Canada, Denmark, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Hong Kong (SAR), Ireland, Italy, Japan, Liechtenstein, Luxembourg, Malaysia, Malta, Monaco, The Netherlands, Norway, Portugal, Republic of San Marino, Singapore, South Korea, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland, Taiwan, United Kingdom - British Citizen, United Kingdom - British National (Overseas), United States of America, Vatican City.

A Hong Kong Document of Identity (HKDI) cannot be used to apply for an ETA. Residents of Hong Kong require a citizen passport to apply for this visa.

Holders of Taiwan passports can only be processed for an ETA if residing and applying in Taiwan. Applications can be lodged with an approved ETA Travel Agent in the Taiwan or Australian Visa Services office in Taipei.

No. If your visa is valid and unmarked or undamaged, you can travel with your two passports together (old and new), if the purpose of your travel matches your current nonimmigrant visa. Also, the name and other personal data must be the same in both passports, and both passports must be from the same country and of the same type (i.e., both tourist passports and both diplomatic passports).

You must possess a passport valid for travel to the United States with a validity date at least six months beyond your intended period of stay in the United States. (unless country-specific agreements provide exemptions).
